Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping time.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll be able to track it using your email and order number on our Tracking page.

We proudly ship worldwide! Please note that delivery times vary based on your location and local customs processing. Below are the estimated shipping delays by country:

  • Europe (all countries), Israel, Australia, New Zealand: 6–12 business days
  • North America (USA & Canada)United Arab Emirates8–10 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (if applicable). If you do not receive your tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at support@premiumsneaks.com.

Tracking Shows “Delivered,” but I Haven’t Received My Order

Lost in Transit

· If your package hasn’t moved for 10+ days or is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a free reshipment or store credit.

Order Modifications

Customers have 48 hours after placing an order to request a modification. Contact us at support@premiumsneaks.com as soon as possible.

· After 48 hours, orders are already in processing and cannot be changed.

· If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we can reship it for an additional shipping fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at support@premiumsneaks.com within 7 days with. Be sure to include :
Photos of the item & packaging
+ Your order number

We will provide a replacement or refund based on the issue.
